It honors Thousand Trails memberships and rents out spaces to non-members through Encore RV Resorts. Thousand Trails is a membership campground system with "more than 50" locations to stay at. There are several classes of TT memberships, each with different privileges and costs. In addition to the cost of membership, there is an annual fee which entitles you to various numbers of days of use per year. This park ("preserve") is one of TT's most popular during the winter months, with limitations of use. Premium members can reserve earlier and are more likely to get a spot. Besides purchasing a new membership package from Thousand Trails, resales are available. eBay is a good source for resales; check the "completed listings" box to see recent selling prices (you must be a registered user of eBay to use this feature). Find forum discussions by doing a Google search for "thousand trails". The following "completed auctions" on eBay.com were noted: "Thousand Trails / NACO / LTR Platinum Plus membership" sold for $2249 plus $850 transfer fee on 9/4/10.
