Emerald Desert Golf & RV Resort 76000 Frank Sinatra Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211 * 760.345.4770 * 800.426.4678 This popular RV resort has been sold to a developer. Rumor is that a recent owner "flipped" the property, doubling his money in the two years he owned the park, selling out to Taylor-Woodrow homes. Part of the property is being developed into houses and condos, but because of the poor real estate market, the older section of the park remains open for RVs. Here are some before and after photos.
